We have created Return & Refund policy in case if you are dissatisfied with the purchase and looking to return the product.

 Definitions

 Below we have stated definitions of some of the terms that will be mentioned in the Return & Policy.

  • Goods - refer to the items that are tangible and purchased in the exchange of some monetary value.
  • Orders - It’s a request for the purchase of goods.
  • Website - refers to MASKAT, accessible from https://www.maskatonline.com
  • Customer - An individual who is using the services or purchasing any product in the exchange of monetary value.

Return is a process where the customers can exchange or replace or cancel and ask for a refund. Products that are used and tags are cut off and not preserved in their condition then such products are not eligible for return & refund.

Once you have requested the return of the order you will receive two options, i.e, Pickup and Self-Shipment. Under Pickup, we will offer a free pick-up from selected locations when you submit a return request. With Self-Shipment we don’t offer a pick-up and instead, the customer has to return the product at the drop-off location and the shipping cost will be credited by MASKAT. You will need to share the scan copy of the courier receipt with us through info@maskatonline.com by highlighting the order number.

For returns, your product will be checked for the following conditions and the supplier will refuse to accept the return if any of the below conditions are not met.

  • The Goods are in the original packaging. Serial Number/IMEI/ Product Name/ Image/ Brand Name/ Article number/ Bar Code should match and MRP tag should be undetected and clearly visible
  • All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies, and combos (if any) should be present
  • The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains, and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable)
  • You should format the device (Mobile/Laptop/Tablet) and there shouldn't be any screen lock (Pin, Pattern, or Fingerprint) on the device when you will be returning the product. For Apple devices, the iCloud lock should be disabled
  • In the case of mobile electronic devices, the sim trays/ charging port/ headphone port/ back-panel, etc should be undamaged
  • If the product’s original packaging is damaged by the customer, then such a return order request won’t be fulfilled thus one should ensure that the product’s original package should be undamaged

General Rules

 If the seller is not able to replace or exchange the product then a refund shall be proceeded to your account by the seller

  • If the product accessory is damaged, missing, or defective, the seller will either replace the accessory or issue an eGV for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion
  • If you receive a damaged product during the open box deliveries then in such cases you will be refunded
  • For products where installation is provided by MASKAT’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. MASKAT authorized personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product
  • In the case of furniture items, such products will be inspected by the authorized service personnel if there is any faulty or defective part in the product. Full replacement of the product will be only provided if accessory replacements won’t resolve the issue.

Returns policy may differ from one product to another. Full replacement of the product will be only eligible that fall into general returns policy. Before placing the return request, please do check the item’s return or replacement policy.

We have created return policy conditions for products that fall into certain categories. Please do check all the sections and read the conditions carefully to understand which products are eligible for returns and replacement.

  • 10 days from the delivery date
  • No Refund & Only Replacement
  • For products requiring installation, returns shall be eligible only when such products are installed by the brand's authorized personnel
  • In order to help you resolve issues with your product, supplier technicians may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit
  • If a defect is determined within the Returns Window, a replacement of the same model will be provided at no additional cost. If no defect is confirmed or the issue is not diagnosed within 10 days of delivery or Installation wherever applicable, you will be directed to a brand service centre to resolve any subsequent issues.
  • In any case, only one replacement shall be provided
  • All Mobiles & Electronics (TV, Home Theatre, Tablet, Camera, Speakers, DVD, Accessories, etc.,)
  • Musical Instruments (Microphones & Accessories, Guitars, Violins etc.)
  • Toys (Remote-controlled toys, Learning toys, Stuffed toys etc.)
  • 7 days from the delivery date
  • Replacement only & No Refund
  • In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may troubleshoot your product either through online tools, over the phone, and/or through an in-person technical visit.

  • Please keep the product intact, with original accessories, user manual and warranty cards in the original packaging at the time of returning the product.
  • Non-Returnable - All Wind Instruments (Harmonicas, Flutes etc.) This item is non-returnable due to hygiene and personal wellness. In case these products are delivered in damaged/defective condition or different from the ordered item, we will provide a free replacement

Cancelation

As part of the return, replacement, and cancellation policy, you are entitled to cancel your order without any reason for cancellation. But your products will only be cancelled if the products are not packaged and are not sent to the courier services.
